We maintain close cooperation with external management consultants (especially for restructuring matters, interim management), M&A consul­tants (for mergers and acquisitions), HR-consultants (executive search, especially in banking and finance and outplacement consulting), patent attorneys (registration of intellectual property rights for start-up techno­logy businesses, technological due diligence) and with our foreign colleagues in cross-border trans­actions, for instance through the Parlex-Group.

In addition, we maintain close links to partners in the field of financing. Here it is crucial to have contacts to the appropriate investor (private equity funds, business and invest­ment banks, strategic financial investors).
