
We support our clients in all matters of labor law e.g. in the context of restructuring measures, corporate sales and transfers of business (Sec. 613a of the German Civil Code).
Since restructuring typically also impacts employees, we have experience in advising the company as well as the workers on collective labor laws, especially in settlement negotiations and social compensation plans. We also draft and negotiate labor-management and collective (coporate) labor agreements.
In addition, we assist our clients with issues of individual employment law (such as protection against unfair termination). In this respect, we support directors and officers as well as businesses in all day-to-day labor law related issues, such as drafting employment contracts, compensation schemes, termination notices, and handling data protection issues arising in the context of the employment. We also represent our clients in labor courts in all matters, e.g. in lay-off protection matters.
