Benedikt Mahr heads the firm as Managing Partner. He is also responsible for tax law with a focus on VC, PE and M&A transactions. He advises entrepreneurs, companies and investors from the areas of InsurTech, FinTech and MedTech regarding all legal questions of tax and corporate law (especially with respect to financing rounds, ESOP, convertible loans, transaction structure, participation in funds, due diligence and share deals).
