Adjunct Professor at Central European University, Budapest; Dresden International University and Bucerius Law School, Hamburg. Legal expert to courts in Germany and the US. Member of the German Council for Private International Law, the American Law Institute, the American Academy of Foreign Law and Titular Member of the International Academy of Comparative Law. Member of the Board of Editors of the American Journal of Comparative Law and of the Board of Advisors of the Columbia Journal of European Law.
