This includes advice to companies of all sizes in their day-to-day human resources management, including the drafting of employment agreements, structuring of reimbursement- and participation models (ESOP), warning letters, termination, compliance issues, issues of data protection in the employment relationship, personnel leasing, employee inventions and retirement plans.
We have specific expertise in advising foreign companies and start-ups in their engagement in employment law related activity from the very beginning. Our clients include employees, managing directors, chief officers and expatriates, which we assist in connection with termination, termination agreements and issues of liability.
